All products sold on puredresearch.com are intended strictly for research use only.

Because of this: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped. This policy is in place to maintain the quality, sterility, and integrity of all research materials.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To request a replacement please email: puredresearch@gmail.com with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Description of the problem

If approved, we will:

Send a replacement product, or
Issue a store credit (at our discretion)

🚚 Shipping Issues

PURED Research is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Carrier delays once the package has been shipped.

If your package is lost in transit:

Contact the shipping carrier first
Then reach out to us for assistance
