  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
  • Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is the responsibility of the carrier to complete delivery.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Reach out to us for assistance
  • We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered.

📦 Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage
  • If approved, we will send a replacement or store credit
